Herja is our first breeding dog and what started us on this journey to begin with. She's always been gentle and kind with our daughter. She is a strong hunter and has protected our homestead from many predators. While not bred to be a livestock guardian, we were able to train her with some effort. She doesn't wander and is the strongest, most determined dog we've ever known. She wants nothing more than to please her humans, and is an excellent mother.
Herja's breed make up is Great Dane/Neapolitan Mastiff/Bull Mastiff/American Bulldog/Pit Bull/Dogue de Bordeaux.She stands 28" at the shoulder and weighs around 120 lbs. She was born January 31, 2019.
